Account data (name, email, password hash); profile data you choose to publish (photos, portfolio, city, social links, rates, and — optionally, for modeling categories — appearance details); booking and messaging content; payment records processed by Stripe (WORK never stores card or bank numbers); technical logs for security.

To operate the marketplace: displaying profiles you publish, processing bookings and payments, sending transactional email (booking updates, password resets), preventing fraud and enforcing our terms. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Stripe (payments and payouts), our email provider (transactional messages), and hosting infrastructure. Public profile fields are visible to anyone. We disclose data when legally required, and booking records may be provided to both parties of that booking or to regulators where required.

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time; we retain booking and payment records as required for tax, legal, and dispute purposes.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), we honor the rights those laws provide.
